Welcome to my digital home

Hello, I am
Mario Ortiz.

This site grew from my story, but above all from my desire to keep creating.

Here I want to share the recipes I enjoy preparing, the projects that give me greater independence and the community initiatives we build with generous people.

Life taught me to move in a different way, but it also showed me that we can always find new paths. Every video, every dish and every gesture of support reminds me that none of us moves forward alone.
